Returns & Exchanges

To ensure clarity and fairness for both parties, we kindly ask that every order be documented with a continuous, unedited unboxing video at the time the package is first opened. Please inspect the items immediately upon receipt.
Should you encounter any issues — such as an incorrect color or size, stitching or finishing defects, or size discrepancies beyond acceptable tolerance — please notify our Shopping Assistant within 48 hours of receiving your order, with the unboxing video attached. Reports submitted outside of this timeframe, or without proper documentation, cannot be accommodated.
Requests for returns or exchanges of the same item must be initiated and the product returned within 7 days of receipt. All replacement requests are subject to stock availability.
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and not transferred to any third party. Returns are strictly limited to the same item only.
Items purchased on sale or markdown are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
For orders placed through third-party services (including personal shoppers or jastip) or purchases intended for resale, we kindly advise that all items be thoroughly inspected before being forwarded. Haadiya cannot be held responsible for any issues once the items have been passed on to another party.
Shipping costs from the customer to Haadiya are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping for replacement items will be covered by us. In cases where an error occurs on our part (such as an incorrect item shipped), Haadiya will cover all associated shipping costs. For international orders, shipping and customs fees will be fully covered by Haadiya only if the return is due to our error. For customer-related reasons, all shipping and customs charges remain the customer’s responsibility.
